A friend brought Keto bread from a local bakery. My first "flour" in a year. Dense and ok, neither here nor there. 2g net carbs, easy. Yum to the other stuff. :)

Yeah I am not sure that keto bread is worth it either. They are very expensive and they are not going to be real bread so I also tend to just like the other stuff better. I have baked my own bread before using some gluten but not for years
