Hi everyone, for those of you who are wondering what I wrote in Spanish I wrote I took it in school for 4 years many years ago. I want to take it in college in January. Mine isn't as good as theirs, but I can converse what I wish to say with Hispanic friends especially a woman I know from Venezuela (I didn't mention her), and I am conversing with a friend of my aunt's who is a nun in Bogota, Colombia and my aunt is a nun too here in Massachusetts. Anyway, my diet is going well - today on Monday I had lots of opportunities to cheat and DIDN'T! I'm so happy - last week I cheated! :( Anyway today :) I'm studying Spanish daily in my spare time when I'm not busy writing, etc. I've picked up so much in the last 6 months. Take care everyone.. Glenn The three of them all write perfect Spanish so well, it is so nice to read!!!!

Hola Glenn, me alegra que estes bien con tu dieta !! Yo comenze hace poco con south beach y como estaba contando pocos hidratos decidi pasarme a atkins. Es bastante dificil para mi... pero hoy te puedo decir que estoy motivada y con fuerzas como para seguir avanzando. Saludos desde Argentina.

Oh, I wished I could speak, read or write Spanish... but I only know a few words... I think it's great that you are able to communicate though!! Kudos to you!! I'm glad you're diet is going well, congrats!!

Keep up with the conversing as much as you can. It helps a lot. My daughter had 4 years of Spanish in high school and 3 semesters of Spanish in college before she did a study abroad in Spain for a semester this year. It really helped her to become more fluent in Spanish when she became immersed in it and spoke it every day. Good luck with your Spanish! Good job on the diet too!
