Okay...had to jump back on the scale this morning because I was still pissy about yesterdays weigh in. 207 is a much better than being up 2 lbs! Cutting back on the fat and processed foods this week. Actually added some exercise yesterday and feeling good today!! Hope everyone is having a great day ... kinda like my little journal entries... :)
