Day 45!! Of my personal 90 day challenge. Weightloss seems to be going well, except for the self-sabotaging weekends. Somewhere I read that it's good to trick your body, reduce calories then rev them up one day. So that's always in the back of my mind on a weekend. Just tricking my body so it doesn't know how many calories we are going to take in. Tee Hee. I have a feeling that will catch up with me.
