Nice quick sandwich - I can't do the no-carb breads , I tried but another guest on here mentioned Sola bread, I tried it and it is somewhat close to bread, so I am back eating sandwiches - downside is expensive

I've been interested in trying almond flour. I'm not on Keto or a low carb diet, but think almond flour has to be healthier than the beached white flour I have in the house.

If you add in hazelnut flour, it takes on a nice nutty flavor, and I add in coconut flour for a less crumbly texture. 2:2:1 almond:hazelnut:coconut with an egg, oil and baking powder. You can also add a heaping tablespoon of grated cheese which also improves texture. It's an easy dough and by adding more or less water, you can make pancakes, waffles or buns.
