God only knows how I ended up lower this am. Had a binge mentality last night but tried to mitigate the damage. Had 3 nature valley protein granola bars (9 nc's each) and more peanuts than I care to know. I figured it was better than getting a pkg of oreos that I knew I'd eat all of them at some point. Not sure what's going on with me lately. Need to get it together.
Still have 2 days of my long weekend left to play with. I need to do something besides be on the computer playing, on the computer working.
Less than 2 weeks until Dad's house. I'm pretty sure I'll drop while I'm there if I walk with him. His normal is 6 miles which I can do and then will want to drop when I get back. Love him though. WIth the heat and humidity they've been having he went out and got an A/C unit for the window so I'd be comfortable. Something he wouldn't do for himself up to this point. Got it 2nd hand for $25. Clover.
