Today is the first day of my push-up journey and my second day on the site. I'm still not real sure how this works but I will try my best to document everything. Last night I did 20 wall push-ups and some Hip Hop Ab moves for my crunches. (Not sure if that counts but I sure feel it) Please help to keep me encouraged and on track. I know I'm responsible for myself but if I could do it alone I wouldn't have searched out a site like this.
