I have an absolutely horrible cold which has just got significantly worse this morning since I arrived at work... for my 12-hour shift :p

Going home is not an option. I may have to eat off plan today to get some quick nutrients that my body needs. I feel the need for orange juice, actual oranges or possibly grapefruit, hot honey and lemon drink, something with a highly spicy content to try to clear my nose... and maybe some hot savoury drinks like Oxo. Just got to try to work out what I can buy that isn't going to take me TOO far off plan.

So sorry to hear that you are not well. Last week, I finally got over my cold. I guess it is just that time of year. Do the best you can to stay on plan. Try Echinacea and Vitamin C Tabs. They work wonders for me. Get well soon and try to have a good day.:)
