I have my Apple Watch synced to my “health” app on my iPhone and the FatSecret app is connected to my “health” app- so my watch data is brought over to the app through there. Hope this was helpful!🙂

I went into FatSecret settings and there’s an option that says Apps and devices and then from there you can select the health app. I think when you set up your Apple Watch it automatically is synced with your health app? Not sure I’ve had my watch over 2 years so it’s been a while since I set it up 😝
