The past two weeks I’ve been in a calorie deficit, working out for minimum 45 minutes on my peloton ( purchased back in February). Hit my 60 days active and eating well. Took this month off drinking.. feeling AMAZING !
Although the weight isn’t really coming off, the inches are, I’m starting to see a defined line in my abs, the cellulite is disappearing and I have way more energy.
The scale isn’t something that defines you! We all have up and down days and getting back on track and making it a lifestyle instead of a ‘diet,’ or a ‘chore,’ will be the most beneficial for anyone! ❤️❤️ stay positive and stay kind in these times!!
