This looks so good! I will have to try it. Do you just mash the banana up with a fork? Or do you put it all in a blender first?

👋🏽Danti, great balanced, colorful, healthy, and tasty meal...do you grind the flaxseed to powder-like consistency before mixing it in the blender with the other ingredients? I ask because I read somewhere that there's extra benefit to ground flaxseed🤙🏼

@acomandr hi, I didnt grind them first , just put them together with egg and banana in blender . They seem to be grind just fine :)
