It’s a beef cauliflower tomato cheese casserole (that’s a mouth full haha) it kind of tastes like lasagna without the noodles.

Okie dokie recipe coming up! (I just feel it out so there aren’t any measurements) Ground beef, one can of tomatoes, onion, garlic, cauliflower, Worcestershire sauce, a lot of oregano, basil, salt pepper, little bit of shredded cheese. Mix that all together in a big skillet on the stove until it’s hot and everything is cooked (and it smells really good) then place in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. put it in the oven and let it get crispy on top then you’re done and sprinkle some parsley if you want for presentation.
