Today is the day that I am restarting my life. I have gained weight and am now at my heaviest I have ever been. I don't like the way I look and I am doing something about it. I have joined the Y and I go every morning before work. There are no excuses for not working out and I will loose the weight!
My goal weight is 135 pounds but I am starting with a smaller goal so it will look like I am moving along the scale. My biggest reason for doing this is me...but I also want to be a positive influence on my son. I have started again...restarted the journey...and I will achieve my goals!!!
