Biking: no track of distance, but I was going at what is, for me, a solid pace. Then a five minute break. Then:
Walking: exactly 4 MPH,i.e., I went 1.33 miles, though I had to jog in a couple of spots to keep up exact pace. Wore 3lb. wrist weights.
