OK, buddies. No more weight loss, but finished the month at less than exactly half of what my body burned. Burned 2715 per day, and ate 1357 per day (left 20 calories on the table!) Had shrimp and salad and a nice bottle of Pinot Noir, followed by a Jack Daniels Honey! Life is good.

Nice dinner, nice way to end the month. And a Jack Daniels to boot - spoiling yourself eh? I haven't acquired a taste for JD yet - unless it's in iced tea - mmmm. Grey Goose is my choice of poison. Out with a girlfriend tomorrow so likely a few GG in my future :)

LOL I disn't know it was Jack Daniels Honey. I thought it was "Honey Life is Good" LOL. I'll have to try that next time I am in Buffalo. Your date night sounds great - enjoy. I'll raise my glass tomorrow night to the two of you. I love dining out with my hubby. would do it all the time if I could afford the calories and the finances :)

LOL You and I sound a lot alike - in that our minds spin fast. I am always way ahead of the old man. And he is always scrambling to catch up. Don't think drink slows me down any though - just makes me talk faster. I see his eyes glaze over sometimes and realize I just should drink and shut up - lol. Aint romance great? Ciao BP.
