Things are going good. I feel like this is becoming normal rather than thinking I am dieting. I am not rushing the process, I am just eating right, and exercising 4 days a week. Money problems are stressful and I keep thinking about returning to work, but there are no jobs! I have sold around 20 hairbows, but that doesn't make much of a difference. Just gives me something to do that I enjoy. My husband is going to try and help me set up a website this weekend, so maybe that would help. who knows. I have thought about trying to find a couple kids to keep at my home, which would help out financially and give my son someone to play with it. But my husband thinks I will get tired of it. I have done it before to help make ends meet and keep me home with my kids. I will keep thinking about it. I just feel bad for my husband, working so hard and not having a dime to his name once all the bills and groceries are paid. But my daughter is already in school and my son is almost 2, before we know it he will be in pre-school and I could return to work then. I don't know. I am rambling. It is just always on my mind. Hope you all have a great weekend!!

A diet is not temporary. It is forever. It is a permanant way of eating healthy - healthy - healthy! The biggest mistake I made in the past was to think that my "diet" was short term. I know everyone makes the following observation but it really is a lifestyle change. Good luck with the hairbow website! Sounds fun!

One thing that I did was took the bows that we made and went to local salons offering to split a higher priced commission (usually 50%) if they would be willing to display them. Also, at local coffee shops, as many moms/grandmas would frequent and pick them up for the lil girls. :) Maybe whip up a couple of displays and take them around and see how they do. Offer to check back with them in a week or two, usually a monthly check is sufficient, with leaving a contact number. :) Sounds like you a getting into your grove diet-wise, GREAT! Hard times, I know... I hear ya! Creating and selling things can help make enough for a night out here and there. ;)

So good to see you back on track hun and KNOWING this IS a lifestyle change and not simply a *diet*.....That IS the one thing I've learned over this past year....We might fall off occasionally....but getting right back on board has kept me maintaining.....now, back into losing again.....The winter is easier for me.....not so many parties and summer weekend travel going on......! Keep up the GREAT efforts......hugggggs
