Such a great idea to make the crust from cauliflower, pizza is Amy weakness and is probably the reason for my dramatic weight gain!

I usually have Casa Mendosa Tortilla (med) with 3 tsps. (PC) shredded Marble cheese, Maple Leaf Natural Selection turkey slice & (PC) Spinach & Cheese pasta sauce mixed with spices (only 5 Smart Pts). I am on the Weight Watchers diet. I lost 69 lbs so far.
