Well, paying for four solid days of overeating without working out with a 231.5 weigh in. Didn't plan to see the 230s again, but this is a good cautionary lesson. I put it back on SO fast. I averaged 2554 calories per day over the first four days of the month. Not really that outlandish, but too much for me. I ate less than 1100 yesterday and had a nice 416 calorie workout, so I started to get back on track. Today is fast day one (600 calories) for this week, so more will come off... onward!
