THANK GOODNESS YOU'RE STILL HERE! I WAS GETTING WORRIED!!! Paige, it's okay to have a bad week. We ALL do. Don't beat yourself up over it! It's a good thing that you came here and wrote down your feelings. We're here to support you! I'm SURE that some of that weight you gained was water weight. And you did great with your exercising and veggies. So jump back on that wagon and hang in there! YOU CAN DO IT! :)
