i cleaned out my closet yesterday, just so tired of looking at all those fat clothes i couldn't get rid of them all lol would have left me wearing my birthday suit lol and that is not a pretty picture! but it felt good to purge some of the debrie form my closet the clothes are in the garage and i haven't decided to get rid of them yet but at least i now can see my closet.i bought 3 new pair of sweatpants at walmart 5.00 isn't to bad a pair!
i was looking at my weight and now i only have 35 pounds to loose that sounds so much better than 75! didn't loss any thing yesterday, but for some reason i was hungry last night i am sure it was due to eating a lot of chicken and not enough fat to make me happy. ended up binging on nuts which are not phase one acceptable it did make the cravings go away and i was able to go to bed after and it was better than eating the cookies i wanted so not to bad i guess but will try to make sure i eat more than chicken breast during the day.
