Amazing! It's been a long time since I checked in last, but I've ditched the "diet" and now I eat 2 pieces of fruit in the morning before elevenses (a cereal bar), then a sandwich for lunch and then some good ol' home style cooking.
One naughty meal a day... I am human! I've also stopped my drinking until one day at the weekend and even then, it's usually a few pints.
These are happy days :)
