Eating Healthy is the best thing for my body, I used to eat junk and never eat veggies. But I love veggies so it wasn't hard for me to start on them once I did.
This whole year I have been working on losing the weight one way or another, just not on a real strict plan till now. I started off just taking French Fries and Soda out of my diet, then I started drinking a ton of water and eating ice, and I have always eaten Turkey burger instead of hamburger if I am making a meal that requires hamburger, and I also drink Fat Free Milk which I have done for many years. All these small changes I did a little at a time and it has been a great help so that when I did decide to really get serious it wouldn't be a problem getting started because I would be right there already eating things that will help contribute to my weight loss as long as I don't over eat.
