Hit 96.1kg over the long weekend, lowest I've been in a long time. I'm hovering around 97kg at the moment, recovering from a couple of foot blisters - focusing on some basic lifting instead.
Booked in a dexa body composition scan for Friday. It's not too expensive and it will be something to benchmark and reference. I've also purchased a renpho smart scale. I've been using a Fitbit Aria 2 but I wanted to try something different. Don't think the body fat% is accurate at all, hence the dexa appointment. It will be interesting to see the results.
