up today the baby has swollen tonsills so i am sure it will be a hectic day she will go to the doc in the morning. i have been skipping meals i know that will throw me into a stall but i just am not hungry! so i am going to try just eating when i am hungry instead of force feeding my self. staying with healthy choices and will just see how things are going. it is strange but for now i am happy and content with this woe.

Try to eat even if you aren't hungry so you will keep your metabolism moving. Have some sunflower seeds or a slice of cheese. Any little snack will help. You are doing so great. I need to see someone doing well this morning. I have been a very bad girl lately. Hope the baby gets better. Allergies seem to be attacking everyone lately. My little one has a runny nose and a cough.

Restless, we all get there from time to time. Just be careful and don't let it become a routine to skip meals. It can cause you to stop losing if you do it too often. Sorry to hear about the baby not feeling well. Have a wonderful day sweetie.

Sorry to hear the baby is sick. It's not fun to have little one that don't feel good. I know the feeling of not being hungry. I do have to force myself to eat. This WOE just stops the hunger, which is great, but having to set a timer to remind me to eat is crazy, but it works. Try to enjoy the rest of your day.:)

As Amanda said, try to eat at least a little something every few hours to keep your system running full throttle. For myself, I know that if I skip a meal or go too long between eating something, I can get almost ravenous and then even typically-sized meals won't satisfy me which is a dangerous situation!!! I hope the baby gets well soon and that it's nothing too serious.
