I am losing 20 pounds by December 25th. The weight is a target that I believe will allow me to have a lean, sculpted body. I have always been pretty fit by playing soccer and being a basketball official year-round. Despite my level of activity I haven't felt lean and I do not think my body is anywhere near what it can be. I am particularly wanting to change my body because abount 1.5 years ago, I moved from a city with a very active healthy lifestyle to city with a noticably less activity, especially during the summer and a city with more emphasis on unhealthy foods. I am fighting to not let this general lifestyle become my lifestyle.


I have a job that requires a lot of sitting, and I often feel lethargic. In the last four months, I have also allowed myself to eat at the office their free assortments of candies, cookies and lunches. It has definately had an affect on my body and mood. My belly feels and looks fatty and I am more tired, even with proper rest.

Change my body - that's why I'm here.
