I was expecting a gain today after having my monthly visitor arrive which usually comes with a 2 lb gain, but I was down another 1/2 lb!! Yay! I felt like I ate too much yesterday but I guess not. I get the munchies SOOOO bad this time of month. We are leaving today to go see my family. Well, me and the kids. Hubby is not going. This weekend is the GA/TN game which is HUGE in our house. My crazy husband said the last 3 years we have been out of town for this game and we have lost, so he is not going this time. lol. I can't wait to see the outcome. He has to be in his chair with his lucky GA ball. What a nerd. lol. So anyway, the kids and I will leave in a little bit, drive 6 hours and have a great time!! My daughter is IN LOVE with horses, and my sister has arranged for her to ride a horse, and the rodeo is in town there, so even more horses!! And my mom just had a pool put in and insists we all go swimming, no matter what the temperature. But it is south GA so its been mid-80s all week which should allow us to swim. yay! I am excited. I am NOT going to use this trip as an excuse to eat ANY and EVERYTHING. I am going to eat on the plan, and use this weekend as an example to show myself, this is a way of life, not just a diet to go on and off of anytime I have a challenging few days. so, here goes nothing!! lol.
