Nancy, if you're keeping an accurate food diary, you're caloric intake is very low. Sometimes, if you're not eating enough, your body goes into starvation mode and your weight loss rate really slows down. Have you checked to see what your RDI should be? None of my business, so you can tell me to butt out of you'd like to. 💛

I'm sorry, I somehow missed your comment. Yes, I'm keeping an accurate diary and my rdi is 1300 calories per day. I'm 60 years old and short, only 5' 3" tall. And I won't ever tell you to butt out. If I didn't want the comments and help, I wouldn't have joined FS. I appreciate your comments and support. I'm very introverted, only have a very few friends and don't see them very often. They understand and love me anyway lol! I don't chat or comment very much because it's just not something I do. I have Facebook, but hardly ever post or comment. All of that was to explain that while I don't comment often, I do appreciate your comments. And I've a quick finger on the support button too.
