152.5, I am ready to go into my 40's!
Nutella is the most wonderful treat I've had in a long time. It sits right up there with Avacado, and edamame which are some of my other favorite healthy snack options. Last night I sliced a frozen banana into nickel sections and topped each piece with some of this tasty smooth delectable spread. Yummy, a healty snack! I used it in my protein shake this morning and it made a delightful flavor enhancement. I allow myself no more than 2tbsp per day but must tell you it has been a treat! TOWANDA!!!!!!!!

Wow -- you're lucky you like that stuff! I can't stomach it for some reason! I like peanut butter, though, and much like you, I try and limit my consumption. We'll see you in the 40's very soon! Keep it up!
