Over the plateau. Going on 10 day RV trip to learn to operate a locomotive. Taking RV. Will pack only healthy food and no fun food, ie hi cal snacks, Ice Cream. When I eat out I will make the restaurant make only healthy food for me. Hope to be over plateau and perhaps lose a bit more.
