I AM PSYCHED!
Last night, I got tired of waiting for my Tae Bo tapes to come in the mail, so I went on Demand to see if they had any workout tapes on there. THEY DID! They had a whole Jillian Michael's section FOR FREE. I did the WHOLE tape for 30 min and am so proud of myself. I didn't think that I could do it, but I really pushed myself last night. I am just so proud. The Jillian Michael's tape for free On Demand and is called Thirty Day Shred. (i believe) I also walked for 30 minutes IN THE RAIN!
I'm payin' for it today...I've got a mini cold but I'm not gonna let it get me down!
I just got my Tae Bo tapes in the mail today!!!! I am just so excited because I'm ready and willing to put in the work to see another big loss this week. There's no satisfaction like knowing you can do something that you really want.
So, today, I'm going to finish my breakfast, go walking with my dogs for 45 minutes, come home, do my tae bo, then do the jillian michael's workout tonight and walk again for 45 minutes...
I'm gonna get this weight off of me!

I'm cutting out caffeine!!!! I'm saying no to coffee for at least a week, just to see what happens. I want to know if it's affecting my weight loss at all. It will be interesting to see. I usually drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning, but not every day. I'm not a caffeine addict but realized that I take in a dangerous amount of caffeine. I didn't even think about the caffeine in the diet soda I was drinking.
So now, I will be drinking one diet, caffeine free soda a day (my daily allowance, I don't want too much sodium either), as I'm cutting out the caffeine for a week...(some of my fave diet sodas are caffeinated.)
And I will still be drinking my 2 cups of hot green jasmine, passionfruit, and mango tea with splenda. I really like it. It has great health benefits, is naturally low in caffeine, and tastes great...especially with this cold, rainy weather we're getting here...
