Okay, so I'm going to start journaling at night so that I can record my successes and such...

Today was great!!! I cleaned my house for 3 hours, walked for 50 minutes, did the whole Tae Bo Basic tape and 6 min. of Jillian's tape.

I was worn out physically after the Tae Bo and couldn't hang with Jillian tonight...

I really enjoy both workouts and I know they burn tons of calories, and they don't take up too much time...so I really wanna do them both every day.

Since I got too tired to do both tonight, I'm going to do one in the morning and one in the evening after my walks...

I think that'll help keep my muscles from wearing down...

How should I log these exercises??? I've been doing aerobics fast step but Jillian's work out is a combo of high intensity cardio and strength training...

Any ideas or comments???

Oh and I forgot to put on my pedometer this morning, so I put it on at 6pm and since then I've walked 7085 steps, so, I'm positive that I walked well over 10,000 today!

My first day on that program and I succeeded! I figured I'd fall WAY short...I am suppossed to wear it all day right???

When I do something with more than one type of exercise I kind of divide my time and put it down as the 2 types each with half the time (or however you think it is divided)...it gives you a pretty good idea anyway...you are doing so amazing...you are making me exhausted just reading what you do! Way to go!!!!

i strap my pedometer on soon as i get outta bed in the morning an wear it all day until i lay bck down in bed for the end of the day...way to go on all the exercise...more calories burned means your body will be needing added calories to keep it burning an to keep it going thru the day...so try an keep up with picking the right choices..and as you kno lots of water to...keep up the great work!!!
