Doing OK - had carbs last night. But that won't occur much more as sports season is basically over for me. I won't watch football or basketball with the group downstairs, I'm too busy and so I'll be more compliant with the diet. One meal won't make me overweight. But doing it every day would - and I followed it well all week - actually early in the week I was below 190 without clothes on for the first time in fourteen years. (I weigh myself with a little bit of clothes on like sweat pants with no shoes on.) I know I'm a little more at the doctor's office as they'll weigh one with heavy shoes on even - like eight pound boots or other heavy clothes. I've been eating low calorie too as I've been less hungry on the diet, so the weight is coming off - I may adjust it to 185. That way I can maintain from 185 to 190 or so and be all right. I think I'll be able to go way over 50 carbs a day and maintain, but I'll have to wait over time and see once I reach 185 or so... :)
