well the scale moved this morning so i am not going to complain today it was only .2 lb, but at least it is movement i had hoped to be able to loose the whole 2 pounds that i put on but it didn't happen at least i am moving. i managed to control the pumpkin seeds last night i only had five so not an oz.there are 8 carbs in an oz.i had plenty of left overs after dinner so i at least got a taste without eating them with out thought or care i feel good about that i ate them in control it was not forbidden just moderated.
