I am currently taking meal replacement protein shake in combination with a hight protein diet. I started my diet on October 7th and I was 70kg then. As of 27th October, my current weight is 66.5kg. I am still watching what I eat. I skip carbo at the moment and just eat lots of vegies and fruits and food high in protein like legumes and white meat. I had a hard time drinking lots of water though which is very essential in losing weight. I also started doing some moderate exercise in the morning.
I found out that lack of sleep contribute a lot in gaining weight so I try to sleep earlier now.
I hope to fulfill my goal in the next 3 months.
