Uh oh. :) 

Never too late to start all over again! vever too late to start all over again! That's the FAT SECRET of FAT SECRET! It is not the falling down -- it is the getting back up. The fact that you went to your journal and typed those words is a SUCCESS in itself.  

A day at the fair is not going to ruin all your efforts or derail your journey. Dust yourself off and get right back up on your horse and continue your ride!......more importantly....enjoy the ride! I know how determined you can be when you set your mind to it -- I've seen it before and will see it again. Have a great weekend! 

i think this time of the year...if you have A day at the fair...all is good...just pick back up today and move forward...this is real life not a fairy tale...

It really hard to go to the fair and not eat any of the junk. You probably did a lot of walking at the fair, so you have that working in your favor. Try to get in more exercise today and the next few days. Keep working at it! 

I have been thinking of you -- Graciepoo! I went to a fancy dinner last night and had prime rib and potato-cheese casserole plus a couple of mixed drinks. I feel "different" this morning but I am going to work it off. Let's do this together -- okay? OKAY!
