Yes I started taking Skinny Fiber a couple of weeks ago, but I never really noticed anything until last week when I added Citri Max to my daily routine. I have been walking five miles per day for the past 4 months. Thought that would help me loose, and it has helped change some fat to muscle - but it also increases my appetite, so my weight has remained flat until I added the Skinny Fiber and CitriMax. Thanks for the encouragement! :)

Oh and I also began keeping this food journal and counting calories with a daily goal of 1200. That has been a huge difference too!
