Core Plan seems to be easy to follow right now. I just hope that I can keep it up...I started Yesterday and I did good. We went out for breakfast and the only points I had was because I had coffee and they had only 2% and sugar so there was 1.5 points there and I got rye bread with my meal but only ate 1/2 of a slice so that is 1 point. So that's 2.5 and at home I only have 1% milk so with coffees I had I added 1 point there. Not bad for the first day only 3.5 points off of 35! 31.5 left!
Plus we got Wii Fit. My new exercise when I can't go to gym! I love it. We were on it yesterday and the ski jump made part of our chest hurt later on in the night. hahaha I love Wii.
