I will no longer allow myself to think I can’t control what I eat. I don’t need to have rice at dinner or bread or crackers or any kind of Carb at every single meal. I can do this I will succeed I want to be healthy I want to be fit like I was when I was younger.

Yes you can! Sometimes I like to have a piece of baked sweet potato or a small bowl of strawberries with meals as an alternative to processed carbs. I’m way less likely to overeat if my body gets a balanced meal 🤗
