Since last week, I have lost no weight in pounds, but I have lost 1 inch in my chest, 1 inch in my waist, and 1/2 inch in my hips! So that is still progress!! Total inches lost since 8/10/13 (4 weeks): 1 inch in my upper arms; 1 inch in my chest; 4 inches in my waist!; and 2.5 inches in my hips!

That's fabulous! Have you been exercising? Changing fat to muscle is a wonderful feeling. Keep up the great work! You've definitely shown the importance of measuring, so you're not discouraged when the scale doesn't move, but your clothing are looser. :) Deb

Thanks, Deb! I just added some exercise in this week, and my thighs are killing me, so I'm thinking I may have added some muscle, which might slow down the weight loss as the scale shows. I have always hated exercise. I just discovered Primal Blueprint Fitness, and it seems very doable to me!

Fabulous! Just keep at it and don't give up. That's my enemy too, not following through with exercise. Speaking of which, time to get off my butt and do it now. :) Deb
