yay so I lost some weight this week. Mostly because I have been walking 2 miles right after work. The problem with exercise is of course time. Some people would rather watch TV then exercise which is called the couch potato lol. I would rather be playing my instrument (which is very loud) so the only time I can play is after work. In the morning I have online classes I take so that's my excuse why I can't fit it in. in the morning. School is a priority and So is my instrument. So how do I make my health a priority? The 2 miles walk just isn't enough I would like to be more of an athlete but I'm a computer geek by trade which means I am on my but most of the day. How do people do it without making your life all about working out everyday. Most people that are athletic have sports as their hobby. I have a girlfriend who is by nature thin as a rail and she can eat whatever she wants she really enjoys her life is always out socializing eating enjoying wine and wearing form fitting clothes. I am so envious of her and feel like it is so not fair. I want to be able to enjoy life like that but I never can if I even go out and enjoy one night out to dinner and drinks with friends i blow up like a baloon and it takes all week just to recover. Go figure....
