I did well at the shower yesterday & actually did not eat any food other than the little piece of watermelon that my grand-daughter fed me. I also did not get the donut that I normally get at Tim's. My problem for the day though was that I was so tired that I did not eat enough for the day. My challenge for today is to not have my normal bad meal of a bag of potato chips & chocolate bar. I need to go into the drug store to pick up more lancets & test strips so will need to ensure that I do not buy the chips. I will go to the grocery store though & buy a butternut squash for dinner tomorrow though. Will also pick up salad fixings.
