I found a planner from 2008 and I weigh 7lbs more than this time in 2008...not good. Not good because that extra 7 I can guarantee is pure, unadulterated, fat! The feeling of carrying extra weight did not hit me until a few weeks ago when I felt I was sitting on more than my butt (sounds strange, I know). Lo and behold, I was just sitting on my ass - and only my ass. No cushion, pillow, just my now larger ass.
I know my primary weakness that let to my newborn (babies are around 7lbs, right). I eat late, real late. It doesn't help that I have been increasingly apt to snack at work.
Nov 1-7 goal: No food after 9:30 (gotta start somewhere), four workout days.
