Today’s workout was so hard! Ga biasanya pusing and keliyengan pas wo nya chloe ting.. dari 5 workout, cma bisa selesei 4 (include warming up and cool down), gapapa yg penting uda making progress tiap harinya. Anyway, uda masuk hari ke 18 Summer Shred challenges nya si Chloe nih.. 10 days to go.. yey!
