Ugh. I've been sick since Sunday night. This cold is really throwing a wrench in my diet & exercise plans. I haven't been active at all & I've ate poorly. I am not eating through out the day because I have been sleeping most of it. Sadly, I have gained 1.5 pounds. Hopefully once this goes away, I can knock it back down.
