FINALLY starting to feel better! Yahoo!!

Got my new pedometer in the mail. Pretty excited about it. Seems to work well so far.

I wear it at work, just to see what I hit. But it was great last night (that was my first actual walk). I did over 2.5 miles yesterday & over 10K steps!! It's nice because it separates your aerobic steps from regular steps. I recommend it.
