Today i started taking "green vitality" aka dirt. Mix it with water and it becomes "sludge". The smell reminds me of henna powder. When I was in my teens I would dye my hair using henna. It was weird drinking something that I would usually put on my hair. Yuch.
I am determined to take it every day to improve my digestive track health and see if my hair loss stops and if it pleases the great wizard-maybe it will actually grow back. As suggested by one of my buddies and architect of my new plan-I will take a "before" pic of my shiny pate. Double yuch.

sounds horrible! My grandmother use to give me awful tasting stuff and tell me it was good for me :D My Aunt use to tell me that women have to suffer to be beautiful (usually when she was giving me a home perm and rolled my hair up too tight). Im with you, I think we just try and keep trying till we find something that works. Give it time and if you start to turn green we will just start calling you the "Jolly" (as in the old Jolly green giant that most people don't remember).

hrmmm, its suppose to help you prevent hair loss? I'm anxious to hear if that works for you. My hair is getting thinner and thinner! although...the thought of drinking "dirt" is not too appealing! LOL Hubby can drink all of that stuff though with no issues whatsoever. I hope it works for you!

Thanks Everyone. So far so ggod-it all stayed down anyway.
Cheeks-it is to help support proper digestive functioning. I have malabsorption issues so not getting all the nutrients and vitamins I need-and this may be why I am losing my hair. It's been going on for a few years-I am hoping that if I plug my leaky gut I'll certainly feel better and maybe even look better too. Worth a shot, I will keep you informed. Have you been checked out by a Doc? Testosterone levels/thyroid levels can cause hair loss.

I have. I'm actually on thyroid medication right now for fertility purposes...but my hair still comes out. Thats the one thing I would change if I could....I would love to have long thick flowing hair. =( oh well...its no in my cards, unless I get a wig! Glad you were able to keep it down! I'm jealous of anyone that can swallow stuff like that! Have a great night. =)

My daughter's hair was falling out and her doctor had her start taking a Vitamin B Complex. She got it at GNC. It helped a lot.

I have to agree with the yuck factor, LOL! But I occasionally fast and I have taken to protein shakes so it might well be worth it! :) Sometimes this is easy, but sometimes it takes just plain work.

Oh GAWD! that drink sounds so horrific! I'm sending you all my will power...since I won't be using it in order to drink muddy water! Sorry to leave you alone on that island, Dense!! But I'm with you in spirit!! :)
