Dropped another year in metabolic age this morning! Holding steady with caloric intake, targeting 1500 calories/day, burning approx 1900/day. Tracking all calories, activity, results keeps me honest. Started new 30-10-30 strength training protocol, excited to see more changes in the coming weeks! Determined to come out of this pandemic better.
