I couldn't sleep last night for wanting to eat something. Some hot tea helped calm me for a while. I am glad I don't feel that way all day. But at night it is bad. I remember feeling this way I was quiting cigarettes, Addiction is hard what ever it is. I have not been treating this like an addiction, just a bad habit. I am morbidly obese, 140 pounds over regular weight. My attitude is changed. I am going to fight for my childrens mom.
