Journal de emigree, 20 sept. 13

Have eaten loads of chocolate this week and fully anticipate that I will have put on weight when I weigh in tomorrow. Well at least the big bag of M&Ms that I bought for camping a few weeks ago is gone now and the gift box of Maltesers is getting much lighter, so it should be back to business as usual next week with the diet, plus lots more exercise as I am on leave for the week. I have lost a good deal of weight relatively painlessly and a small fall off the wagon is not a big deal here.
