I have added exercise to my routine and am doing low impact spinning to avoid muscle soreness. I am going to incorporate weights next week. I don’t want to get discouraged and with my up and down weight and am wondering if I should weigh in once or twice per week instead of daily. I have lower calorie counts but must be eating things with too much salt. Sugar is my kryptonite but am happy that I have resisted cupcakes, muffins, and my favorites cake with a huge scoop of ice cream.
